Basic Niche Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Basic Niche LLC. The Following are our Terms and conditions that make up our Shipping and Return Policy. 


-Domestic Shipping Policy/ International Shipping Policy
      All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
      If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We will be using USPS, UPS, FedEx for shipping. 


-RETURNS
Our policy is 30 days starting from the date of delivery/pick up. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If there is something we can do to help make your item work better for you please email us. All custom and sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was when it left our possession. All returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  
-Any item which is damaged in shipping. Please document all damages including a photo of the shipping package, and images of how the product was damaged and email them to [email protected]


-To begin the return process, please email us a copy of your receipt with an explanation of why you are returning the item. 


-Shipping your Item or Item’s
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance if you are returning an item. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. 


-Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email with the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within two business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.


-Cancellations
All canceled orders will be refunded in the form of original payment less 5% for the processing fees.
The risk of loss for all items ordered on this website passes to you the buyer once the item is delivered to the shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary information needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.

Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.
